Professional Standards & Ethical Conduct

In May of 2002, Andrew F. Hartnett was among the first 25 recipients of The International Society for Performance Improvement's (ISPI) Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) designation. The designation was developed by ISPI to recognize consultants, like Andy, who meet the association's ethical and professional standards for performance improvement.

Additionally, Symmetry Consulting abides by the Institute of Management Consultants" (IMC USA) Code of Ethics. These standards and codes of ethics include:
