Can Symmetry make a significant difference in organizational performance?
Our clients are the best judge of that. Here's a sampling of the feedback we've received.
Chester County Economic Development Council
"The Symmetry team came into our highly-successful and well-respected firm, carefully analyzed our organization (both internally and externally), assisted the leadership team in the interpretation and prioritization of findings, and helped us to lay out a clearer vision for the organization and a roadmap for continuing our success in an ever-changing environment.
From the identification of needed key skills to restructuring of work assignments, to implementing recommended internal process changes; we rapidly completed a metamorphosis and already see differences in our preparation for dealing with whatever challenges lie ahead.
Most importantly, the Symmetry team worked with and through our employees, our most valuable asset. Our employees have adjusted well to the new environment, the increased clarity surrounding their roles and the value has been extremely positive."

Dear Andy,
Words are inadequate in expressing my personal appreciation for your efforts in planning, organizing, and conducting our first executive level senior leaders' retreat. Thanks to your impressive talents and focus on the objectives, I would characterize it as an unequivocal success.
You were able to open the channels of communication and initiate dialogue that will go a long way to helping us become a seamless organization and operate as a true joint headquarters. I feel blessed to have such impressive and awesome facilitators as members of our Delaware National Guard family. May you be abundantly blessed for your work on our behalf.

Rather than present us with a "one-size-fits-all" program, Andy spent a great deal of time talking to members of the Sales organization. He spoke with Senior Management about what their vision and expectation of the sales teams, with the Training and Performance group about curriculum and training proficiency and with members of the sales force about what was currently working to make them successful year in and year out.
Andy then helped us create UCB's own vision of "what good looks like", respecting our current strengths and culture and aligning the program with Senior management's business goals and corporate vision. Andy was able to take us from idea to roll-out in a short time frame, given the scope of the project, allowing us to present the new expectations model to the sales force at a major meeting and leaving enough in the budget to expand the program materials.
I believe we have a program that is well- accepted by the sales teams as well as upper management because Andy took the time to see and understand our culture, our business and our business needs before beginning any project work."
